The English-Portuguese interpreter Maria Eugênia Farré was born in São Paulo, grew up in a bilingual environment and showed an interest in languages from an early age. He studied English at Cultura Inglesa for ten years, obtaining the Oxford and Proficiency in English certifications with a degree of praise.
His first acting jobs were done for Rede Bandeirantes de TV, accompanying boxers and other sports professionals in interviews and sporting events.
After this period, he studied Psychology at PUC and Advertising and Marketing at FAAP. Worked in advertising agencies, traveled to the UK and other European countries. She graduated in Social Communication from FAAP in 1993 and as a translator and interpreter from Associação Alumni in 1996. She took a specialization course in Simultaneous Translation at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in 1998, when she moved to the United States.

She was also a moderator of the community of Portuguese translators on the Proz.com website. Served as 2nd. Vice-President of APIC – Professional Association of Conference Interpreters (2013-2015). Maria Eugênia Farré has more than 20 years of work as an interpreter and has already worked in congresses and events in the most varied areas, both in Brazil and abroad.
He joined Voicelink in 2013, with the main objective of strengthening the coordination of interpreter teams involving the Spanish language.
It has more than 1500 days of simultaneous interpretation in finance, IT, aviation, oil, energy, agriculture, government and ecology, in addition to having already translated and accompanied union leaders, NGOs, government agencies and social movements. “As a conference interpreter, I have the opportunity to be close to knowledge, in addition to academia and business innovation, as a witness to decisions that are making history”, ponders Andréa.
Interpreter Andréa Bianchi, from São Paulo, was born in 1963 and grew up in Rio de Janeiro; studied at the American School from 3 to 11 years; did an exchange program in Winchester at the age of 14, studied for one year at ACEG, England. At the University of São Paulo, he studied Law, History and Economics. He studied Translation and Conference Interpreting at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, at Associação Alumni de São Paulo, and at Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA. In 2016, he graduated in Philosophy from FFLCH-USP.
She worked as an English teacher at Cel-Lep and Berlitz schools in São Paulo from 1980 to 1985; translator of texts for the agency Poli-Idiom, in Amsterdam, in 1986 and 1987; translator at the Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, in Madrid, from 1988 to 1990; professor of translation and interpretation at Associação Alumni, in São Paulo, from 1992 to 1994; and sworn translator in Spanish and English since 2000.
Conference interpreter since 1992, he has already translated and accompanied more than a dozen heads of state from the Americas and Europe, in addition to the main executives of the financial and industrial sectors.
